Time Out used to have a walking club. One of the best walks was Glynde to Seaford, passing through Cuckmere Haven. I think I've done it three times.

It was my first time doing this walk, from Seaford to Eastbourne yesterday, stayed overnight and set off walking back to Seaford this morning.
It really is a lovely walk, food for the soul. The highlight for me was seeing a Spitfire pilot showboating over the sea just beyond Birling Gap.
