I don't think it pedantry at all. I seem to have confused myself, as Panama is in North America and I clearly misunderstood what the Continental Divide was all about, whilst looking up stuff on the internet.

I'll admit I nearly posted something along those lines but checked first, so as not to be caught out. Unless you know differently, the quarantine hasn't applied for some 25 years plus but it's not something I'll attempt to test.
