Self Catering in France - recommendations?

We've changed summer plans so now looking at self catering for a week either in Brittany or somewhere near Bordeaux. Does anyone have recommendations on self catering agencies or even specific properties?

We'd be looking for 1 or 2 bed with kitchen/living area, bathroom, and parking. A pool would be nice. Ideally a private seating or garden area.
