Having problem since the new edge was downloaded it reads
this page is having problems
try coming back later
you could also
open new tab
refresh page
error code access violation
This comes up when on daily mail,lemon fool,any help would be appreciated kind regards cloedan

Having problem since the new edge was downloaded ... This comes up when on daily mail, lemon fool....

I have the new Chromium Edge and have no problems with the Daily Mail site or Lemon Fool. In fact I am typing this reply in the new Edge.

What version of Windows do you have? The new Chromium Edge is offered on W7, W8/8.1 and W10. In some circumstances it will be an automatic download/update.

If you are on Windows 10 were you using the Legacy Edge before getting the update to Chromium Edge? If so, then the update would have imported the cookies from the old Edge along with the bookmarks.

This may include some incompatible older cookies. Try clearing the cookies for those sites that you have problems with. In new Edge click the ... settings top right and select History > Manage history. Here you can delete the history (including cookies) for individual sites. NB: deleting cookies will log you out of a site.

If that doesn't help then you can try deleting all cookies and site data in Settings > Privacy and services. NB: this will sign you out of ALL sites.
