Cheap mobile phone needed.

The Nokia 2.3 seems ok at around £100, maybe the £130 , N5.3 is worth the extra. It isn't on the 3 list of phones with wifi calling but I suspect it will be when it's updated.

The price of the Nokia 5.3 has dropped by £20 since I bought it. Sod's Law. The Nokia 5.3 works with WiFi calling on 3 Mobile PAYG.

A bluetooth keyboard will work with any android smartphone that has bluetooth (probably iPhone too).
Indeed you could also use a decent monitor or cast to a TV.

It does however somewhat impact upon portability. You also probably need more than a budget smartphone if you are to actually plug a monitor in, rather than "cast" to a TV.
