I use BT headsets (two), the main issue is dropouts and if you use them with video, latency. (So you end up with slightly out of sync video/audio which can become annoying after a bit.)
So for anything timing critical I stay wired (with my tin foil hat on... )

Which will presumably help to focus the radiation from the wires into your brain
