How can I add an image (or multiple changing images) to an MP3 file and convert it into a video format such as MP4?
Just looking for something simple.
Thanks

You might have more luck looking for a slide show, to which you can add an mp3 soundtrack, then save as a movie.
(Which is of course the same thing, if I understand you correctly.)
Google Photos or the Apple equivalent might do it.
Scott.

Thanks. I actually found a Movie Editor on my Windows 10 PC. Not sure if it is a standard part of the OS, but it did the job. Had to create a slide show, then add an custom backing track, but the end result was what I wanted

Yes, it is standard. It's one of the lesser known features of the Photos app.
