There was a very recent (1st June) major change to Google photos, don't know whether that has any bearing on your situation.

An apparent workaround to retain the free unlimited full quality backup facility is to buy a Pixel 1 phone as they have a free lifetime GP guarantee.
Even with SH P1's it still works apparently (for now anyway - Google might change their minds if it gets snowed...).

If not, you shouldn't post it here, lest it attract bots that then create a nuisance for a genuine owner, who might indeed value privacy.

The mods could probably edit it for you to something like r*fatg***ld*tc*m - which may be more bot proof and protect any future users of that address.
