I have some more information:
"It is a "Plusnet hub one".
No problems with devices connected via ethernet (pc and TV).
Connection to iPad is currently between 32Mbps and 36Mbps download and 2 to 5 Mbps upload.
Connection to Google pixel phone is
consistently 36Mbps download and 7 Mbps upload.
These speeds were recorded in the same location and did not differ significantly if they had exclusive access to my WiFi or were sharing it with each other and a pair of Sonos speakers. The Sonos system quite often tells me it cannot find the internet and the iPad seems to have more trouble than the pixel phone."
