Cancelling Sky Broadband for 2 months

I'll be out of the country for April and May, so would like to save a few pennies by cancelling Sky Broadband, and then re-instating it when I return.

Are there any issues with this (e.g. losing my Sky email account, or having to get set up again with new broadband box) that mean it's not worth thinking about?
Or is it just a straightforward on/off switch for broadband?

If you are in contract then there will be terms in there, if out of contract then I suspect if you add up the hours of pain sorting it all out on your return against the £50 or so you'll save you might find you'tr on less than minimum wage.

Plus they know your house is empty ;)

Probably better is that if your contract has ended, call them and negotiate an 18-24 month deal which will save more than you waste not being here.
