Extractor Fans that Do Not Rattle

I am in a windy location and have two bathroom extractor fans that point in the direction of the prevailing wind. When I moved in, they rattled furiously in the wind. I silenced them by fixing the gravity flaps permanently up with some nuts and bolts. The gave plenty of ventilation, but that was OK. With the move towards energy saving, perhaps I should look for a more energy efficient solution. There are fans with electric shutters, perhaps this one:

Will a fan like this be silent in a turbulent gusting gale?

I have two of these:

They never rattle, perhaps because they have a 3-leaf iris rather than a venetian-blind type shutter

Thanks for that. I also have an extractor in the Kitchen. It has a Venetian blind type shutter, which does not appear to open. I expect that it is faulty, but that does not matter because the extractor is not needed. There is currently lots of ventilation on the open plan house, and the cooker has an extractor hood. There is nonetheless a gravity shutter flap outside. That does rattle when it is very windy, which it is today. That is not big problem, because the kitchen is downstairs away from the bedrooms, and the fan is in a less exposed location. Why does the extractor have a flap when it has a shutter? Perhaps the duct kit came with a flap.
