You can get decking Stain in various colours, but "oil" (and beware that some oils are simply an aqueous latex solution that runs like Forrest Gump) tend to be Clear, Natural (light brown) or any other variety of darker brown.

I have had some coloured wood preserver (green and orange) for an olf shed and some trellis, however the colour is feint and fades quickly.

Bear in mind that oil will also wear off and lose colour, although it does soak in.

If you have some decking oil and it says to clean the brush with white spirit, try mixing a bit of gloss paint in with the oil and put it on a bit of wood.

Then let us know how terrible it looks :)

I use a green 'oil', well it feels oily but the website says it contains solvents so not so sure.

It goes on dark but gives a green tinge to the timber as it drys.

The other problem is it is own-branded by our local shed manufacturer so not too sure on availability wherever you are. Three shades of brown plus the elusive green here https://www.elfords.biz/products/timber_treatment

I have used Wood Finishes Direct for other products and I have just had a look on their decking oil page. Seems that Holzol and Osmo are available in at least green. However if it were me I would give them a ring

Just found ours lurking in the garage - the brown we had was from Wickes, the green from Cromar.

Both are very smelly "Preservers" so almost like a rot treatment rather than an oil.

you will not go wrong with Rustins decking oil, it's the business. Not sure what shades they do. We use it at our school, it's brilliant.
