How Chris Packham got started.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Chris Packham's interest in nature from an ealry age came from helping hid dad with DIY.

What I suspect happened is that one fine Spring day, Packham Snr deicided to re-paint his windowsills, and procured the help of his son.

The following mornig Packham Jnr discovered the delights of entomology, by trying to identify the 20 or so different types pf bloody insects that had stuck to the new paintwork.

Hopefully it will be set enough to sand later and then I might get some quicker drying water based paint.

Only single-glazed? Must be quite a sight, unless the other eye is hidden?
