If anyone else has a Hive Heating system and wants the historic data from it, by accident I discovered this -
https://github.com/ajyounguk/hive-client
It is nothing to do to me and I make no warranty as to whether it is safe to use or will set your PC on fire, etc. Took a little bit of playing around with and I had to set the website to 127.0.0.1:3000 not the 0.0.0.0:3000 indicated for it to work, but that is probably due to how my PC is configured.
The central database seems to hold data back to the start of 2019, but the data is richer from September 2019 onwards with it also holding the desired temperature as well as the room temperature.

Re: Hive Heating Data
I suppose that could be useful.
It would help them conserve energy during the winter.
Last year, a hive sprang up in our studio roof, but when the sun got on it I could hear them fanning frantically to keep it cool, and after one particularly hot day, all fell silent.
It would seem on balance that aircon might be more useful than heating.
