I fell over this you tube clip when I was looking for something completely different. Be kind. You'll enjoy it far better than anything else you've ever tried. And of course start by being kind to yourself. You deserve it. I can assure you of that much.

This is a real tear jerker of a video. It slapped me in the proverbial face though. Witnessing kindness really is good for the soul. Who said it can't be Christmas all year round. May all your troubles and problems be outweighed by kindness. That which you give and that which you receive.
