Credit checks

#457067

Postby AsleepInYorkshire » November 10th, 2021, 12:55 pm

I know years ago it was easy to credit check a company through various sources. However, I suspect evolution has come along.

I've a fried who wants to do some work for a construction company he's not worked for before and I've warned him about the risk of not being paid. Are credit checks still worth it or is it just as easy to read the last set of accounts on companies house records?

Thank you

AiY

you could check their fb account, if they don't pay people might have posted on there.
