I've only just seen this while looking for something else, as this isn't a board I normally visit.
However, I just felt I should mention that you need to be aware of the Limitation Act, which means that you normally only have 6 years in which to recover a debt, so you may wish to check whether there is any danger of the unpaid loans falling foul of this.
