Anyone used the HMRC App for iPad?

This seems new and I,ve had a brief look at what it does. It seems to offer a quicker way in but with limited capability.

Ideally I would like a simpler way of filing self assessment but it isn,t possible with this app.

No I don't use it but it would appear to be described here:

The free HMRC app

It looks like it has been around since 2017 https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-official-hmrc-app.

I have just managed to do my tax return on the appalling HMRC website.

Same old problems of whether to put in zero, zero.oo or leave blank on several pages.

It then said I had not entered Underpaid Tax. This was stated as 0.00 and required entering. For God,s sake.

Etc., etc..

When is the site going to ask questions which can be answered easily without being tripped up over and over?

Maybe I,ll feel better later.
