I would strongly advise using a large midsize accountant. I have used JCCA in Scotland, fees reasonable, and are reasonably clear if you ask. I would not dream of using a smallish firm for this amount of money.
I always assumed entrepreneur tax relief of 10% is on a sale of company and would be interested to know if it also includes this kind of situation.
