Phone your broker, see how things stand if you buy today.

Does anyone know if the new bonds are qualifying corporate bonds? The prospectus does not seem to mention it.

Yes they are. all GBP bonds are with very few exceptions (index linked, deeply discounted...).

Have a look on European High Yield Online to see some recent work on Lendinvest. You can easily sub on there...
The borrower face an SPV not the PLC. 20% guaranteed by the parent.
Max LTV per loan of 85%.
Max weighted average LTV 77.5.%.
Max CRE exposure of 20%.
Most likely to be bridging loans <12mths.
Bridging rates have increased by 150-200Bps from 10.9%pa. So prob enough to meet interest coverage covenant of 1.2x.

I have the Lendinvest 5.25% bond and just received the redemption monies through Jarvis LSE but no interest payment for the past 6 months. Anybody received the interest payment yet

I have had capital, partial income and fee for the notional agreement for the exchange.
As the swap happened before the redemption, that was kind of what I was expecting. I only exchanged a percentage of my holding.
Did you hold to redemption, or exchange into LIV4?

I didn't exchange my original 5.25%.( didn't fancy em for a longer haul) just kept them to their redemption date expecting to get the £1 plus the last 6 months interest
