Can't see any reason to sell, they've increased the dividend on the ords, I might top up.

Successful refinancing of the 2025 Eurobond, with only a small increase in coupon - not bad given that rates have risen in the meantime. This takes away the "cliff edge" for the holders of IPF3. I would expect to see it grind slowly higher from here.
