Any very low coupon ~2 year bonds trading below par please ?
As after some capital returns rather than income, know of TN25 and zeros so far

https://reports.tradeweb.com/closing-prices/gilts/ has all gilts in issue. You'll need to register but there don't seem to be any negatives for doing so (no spam emails or the like). The presentation is somewhat fixed but you can download the lot into a spreadsheet and then sort and/or filter etc as you like.
Depending on what you call "very low coupon" TG25 looks like the only other one around 2 year ish.

Was hoping there was an investment grade bond out there issued when rates were low, so could take a little credit risk over gilts in the form of a slightly wider discount, but appears not
As I understand it strips are still income
Plenty of low coupon US bonds but by time hedge fx at ~1%, nothing gained there over gilts

No idea, not seen that before but I don't look at it at all often. However, it seems to be a yesterday's data problem, if you select for Friday's data, 20/01/2023, it all seems to be fine.
