Ahh, but is there any info on plans for the change to Quarterly payments?

Apologies if the info was accessible via the HL link. I guess I should read the Annual Report for any proposed schedule as they move from 2 to 4 dividends per yr.

Other than the stated intention made by the Chairman in the most recent Annual Financial Report to change from a twice yearly to a quarterly dividend payout timetable, no announcement as to the details as yet been released.

Law Debenture is set to payout a final dividend of 19.4p per share (for the year ending 31 December 2019) on 16 April, I would expect an announcement to closely follow regarding a revised quarterly dividend payout schedule.
