"The Board of JPMorgan Asia Growth & Income plc announces that the Company's cum income Net Asset Value ('NAV') was 501.1 pence per share at 30th June 2021. Accordingly, in line with the Company's distribution policy, the Directors have declared that a third quarterly interim dividend of 5.0 pence per share for the year ending 30th September 2021 will be paid on 17th August 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 9th July 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 8th July 2021."
