iii yesterday emailed to tell me about this weekend's 10 for 1 share split.

However, another account I look after, which was transferred to iii from EQi, got no such warning.

Montanaro European Smaller Companies Trust plc has announced a 10-for-1 subdivision, whereby holders will be
issued with 10 new shares in exchange for each existing share held. The ex-entitlement date is 14th September 2021.
New shares will be issued to shareholders upon receipt from the company.
Your account will be updated upon receipt of the proceeds but in some circumstances there may be delays in the
proceeds being credited to us. Please allow 10 working days for your account to be updated
