After the kerfuffle with Prof Bhide back in March it is good to have the direct and forthright statement from the outgoing Chair, Fiona Bain. Obviously dissenting voices are to be welcomed but at the same time, balance and sensible comments are the usual order of the day from this IT.

Those who do not like the results can sell. I will just leave mine alone and see what happens. I am sure SMT's time will come again.
