Low fee multi asset fund

#256132

Postby AppleCrumble » October 5th, 2019, 11:46 pm

I’m looking for a low fee well diversified multi asset fund with rebalancing that I can fire and forget.

What’s your favourite?

I would have a look at

Vanguard Life Strategy 60 or 80

A good all round defensive

Capital Gearing Trust.

Invest and largely forget.

All the best

The one thing I'd say about the 'invest and largely forget' angle, is that if you're also running any sort of parallel investment-strategy at the same time as investing in any of these 'fire and forget' vehicles, then I've actually found it very difficult not to keep looking at the ongoing total-return of my Vanguard LifeStrategy 80 investment, for instance, and comparing that return to the more 'involved' parts of my portfolio.

If they weren't so damn good at what they do, it would actually be easier to 'forget' them....

Cheers,
