I'm not sure what board to post this problem to.
I subscribe to the company announcement service of InvestEgate.
For some reason I am not receiving any company announcements.
I complained to InvestEgate and received an automated reply saying relevant action had been taken, but I'm still not receiving any announcements.
Does anybody else have this problem?

As you will see in thread Kiloran pointed to, a number of us have had that problem. You will also read there that the only way I could get my alerts again was to register again with another email address.

OK, I opened a new account with a different email address.
Still no company announcements and I checked to see that there were some for the companies I am following...
Any other suggestions?
