That would have been first issued no later than 1964, I believe. My recollection is that they were at about that level in 1963.
I think Steve Parrish reached that level when he was 12, and hasn't grown up much since.

I've got one. I've run the stoozing sites for 20 years so it suits the fact I never intend to stop being part of them.
