My sister/grandfather shared a birthday.It's more common than one would expect - you only need 23 random people to have a 50% chance of a shared birthday

and two of my (paternal) aunts (thoug twins so less surprising!) were the day before me and Nan's birthday :-)

A long and winding road, sir. But I notice that my first motorbike (a 1952 Francis-Barnett) will be seventy next year. And still on the DVLA register. Somebody somewhere is taking more care of it than I did. :D
