Any decent garages and mechanics in Leeds?

Can anyone recommend a decent garage and mechanic in Leeds?
One that will actually get to the root cause of the issue and not rely on technology to guess what the problem is?
My Mazda 3 has been misdiagnosed a few times by different garages now including a main Mazda franchise dealer. Mazda UK have been very unhelpful with the matter. The franchise dealer has agreed to refund me for carrying out unnecessary repairs that didn't fix the underlying issue.
I keep paying out money for the same replacement part an upstream O2 sensor but that is not what the problem is. I have even paid for a replacement bulkhead to fix an alleged vacuum leak but that did not solve the issue either. The warning light always comes right back on after I get it back for the same thing. Fault code P0134.
As you can imagine I'm not a fan of the new MOT rules that came into force in 2019 that will instantly fail you on the MOT for an EML even if an EML itself is not necessarily a signifier of a major isuue and doesn't make your car unroadworthy i.e. it passes on everything else with flying colours including emissions.
Apologies for my mini rant but it is so frustrating. If you know of a decent garage and mechanic that wont rip me off and will solve the problem I'd appreciate it.
My Mazda 3 has been great apart from this one reoccurring thing which has been made worse for me by draconian war on the motorist legislation. I don't think I would get another Mazda in the future because of this ongoing issue. I would most likely get a Toyota, Honda or Lexus.
