Just thought that Fools may wish to know what comprehensive cover encompasses in the USA.

It looks like the case is about Geico's failure to defend their client, rather than any actual liability.

All odd, does this means drive by shooting victims could sue the driver's insurance company?

Probably have more success with that than trying to sue the gun maker.
