Car value...in 2019?
Anyone have access to old Parkers/Glass guides, so as to get the value of a Fiesta 1.25 in Jan 2019? 45k miles at that time. internal condition worse than average.

I can't help, I'm afraid, but feel a couple of other bits of information will be needed.
First the actual model; I think several trim levels used the 1.25 engine, and second, the year of registration. I'm assuming you don't mean it was a 2019 car if it had done 45k miles at that point.

Re: Car value...in 2019?
2019?? - Probably about the same as than the exact same vehicle would be valued at today, even though it is now 3 years older and has done an extra 15000 miles. It does depend how old the car is.
Since mid 2020 used car prices have been fairly flat. This £9k car is identical to ours except for the colour. We bought ours in July 2020 with just under 70,000 miles on, for £8k. Cars of that age traditionally lost 15-20% per year, so in 2019 it would probably have been worth 20% more than we paid.
