I believe Harcus Sinclair (lawyers) propose to charge 30% of any settlement they reach. Nice work if they can win the case against VW's massive expected resistance. How much simpler it would be if the govt were only willing to pull its finger out, as Brussels is demanding from all national governments. I wonder how other countries are faring?
