If you'd listened carefully, you'd have heard very faint cries."Help me!", as in The Fly. The poor little buggers were stuck to the tarmac.

Wouldn't have happened down south. We've had four inches of rain in two days. :|

Half-seriously, if bees are overpowered by a storm while swarming, the whole colony can get grounded like this.There's nothing worse than being fire-hosed while you're in the act.
