Can't remember and it's bugging me!

I'm trying to recall what programme this scene came from.

UK comedy sketch or sitcom. Scene is Dragons Den with the characters making a completely disastrous presentation which shows their product to be absolutely worthless. Ends with the punchline along the lines of "And we are asking for £1m for 1% of the company" or some such.

Tried Googling it but comes back with loads of hits for a Harry & Paul sketch which is a different Dragons Den spoof.

Any ideas?

I think that might be the IT Crowd episode where Moss designs a bra.

Ah yes, thank you so much! It was Roy who delivered the punch line.

I had been working my way through the plot summaries of Father Ted, Black Books, and so on but forgot about The IT Crowd.
