If you enjoy watching others extend, renovate, repair and refurbish their homes this may be of interest to you.

Based in Ireland and with the support of an architect, QS and engineer each show is about an hour long.

For the most I've not met an architect that can deliver as Dermott Bannon can. He designs to the light and sticks to budget.

Thanks, but there is something weird about that link. The page opens but none of the links on it open for me. Right clicking on them reveals they are not links, so I can't see the question you suggest!

No ...

Actually ... yes, provided you watch on catch-up and not live. From: https://www.tvlicensing.co.uk/faqs/FAQ8
You don’t need a licence if you only ever watch on demand or catch up programmes on services other than BBC iPlayer (and you also never watch live TV programmes on any channel, including on BBC iPlayer).

You need a TV Licence to download or watch BBC programmes on BBC iPlayer – live, catch up or on demand.

@MIke4
Here's what is says

"A TV Licence is a legal permission to install or use television equipment to receive (i.e. watch or record) TV programmes, as they are being shown on TV or live on an online TV service, and to download or watch BBC programmes on demand, including catch up TV, on BBC iPlayer. This applies regardless of which channel you're watching, which device you are using (TV, desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet or any other), and how you receive them (terrestrial, satellite, cable, via the internet or in any other way).

The licence fee is not a subscription to watch BBC programmes but mandated by law. Under the Communications Act 2003, the BBC in its role as the licensing authority has a duty to issue TV Licences and collect the licence fee."
