I read somewhere that during Genghis Khan's rule from 1206-1227 A.D., his herd of Mongols slaughtered 22 million people.
That's over a million people a year, or roughly 2870 a day, 120 an hour, or two every minute. I guess that's why there's no record of anyone ever walking up to him and saying, "Hey, Genghis, got a minute?"
