Eric & Stan

Eric & Stan have gone fishing on the local river. It's a warm day and the boat they are in rocks gently from side to side. They chose a spot near to a bridge where they hope the fish are basking in the cooler water. As they fish contently, drinking lager and reminiscing about the largest fish they've ever caught a funeral service passes over the bridge above. Eric takes his hat off and remains silent as the vehicles pass over the bridge slowly taking their occupant to their final resting place.
Stan says to Eric that he didn't think he was inclined to paying his respects. Eric replied it was the least he could do after being married to her for 30 years.
