A few years ago, a man by the name of Roger Poindexter devised a new type of fastener. Just last year, the “Poindexter nut” was utilized in the first large scale commercial use. A golf manufacturer was able to incorporate the invention, now commonly referred to as a “P-Nut”, into a club that would change a putter into a sand wedge with a simple turn of the nut. The new club is known as a P-Nut Putter-Sand Wedge.
