You do know, don't you, that there's no official training for bin men?

Re: Bin men training
My local council has just introduced an exam for prospective bin men. It is a very basic numeracy test to determine whether or not candidates are capable of matching the numbers on the bins to the numbers on the houses so that, for example, they know to place the bin labelled "46" outside house number 46. If they pass the test, they don't get the job.
