An acquaintance received and took up such a offer, their older/solid flawless system was bish-bash-bosh replaced with shoddy workmanship (didn't even fully flush/clean the radiator system as that was outside of their remit) and replaced with a cheap boiler that soon started presenting problems (separate incidents of changeover valve failure, onboard computer system, remote wifi sensors ...etc.). You get what you pay for.
