A youthful neologism that I hadn't come across until now. And which caused a momentary intake of breath. 
The BBC news portal invites me to revisit the party bangers of my youth. Oh yes. Not to mention dancefloor bangers, club bangers, banghra bangers and classic old-school bangers.
I deny everything. And anyway, where did they get hold of my address book?
