Is it possible for the UK's government to lay on a last minute aircraft to collect President Putin and his dignitaries?

I believe the have called him Vladimir Putin the Great in Ukraine as he has single handedly destroyed the Russian armed forces in a seriously short period of time. They can't speak highly enough of him in Ukraine.
