Well solved, dealtn. What's more you have done it in a way which may well leave quite a few people still scratching their heads.

dealtn's response changes one of the items - "TEE---AL" has been removed and "TT---AL" added. Was this intentional?

Still not figured it out, I thought I had a solution but it doesn't fit. I might try turning the non-solution to this into a new puzzle.

Nope just my inexpert typing, only the order has changed (and possibly changed again!)

Yes, got it now. I agree with the solution you posted in the spoiler. Not a field I'd usually think about, though it is a very popular field, in more ways than one.
There's another typo in your list, MA--- in place of ---OR. And yes, the order you posted is no longer correct, unsurprisingly.

Let's see if I can put my version together without any mistakes....

Seems I was right: SensE was missing.

You're assuming knowledge many of us simply don't have (nor care about). I'd've known or guessed fewer than half of those names.
