Can you help to solve a serial killers identity

A very macabre and indeed sad problem.
The Zodiac Killer (the film Dirty Harry was based on this) was responsible for a series of stabbings and shootings around the San Francisco Bay area in the late 1960's. He was never caught.
Recently "code breakers" have broken one of the cyphers he sent to the police. There are more cyphers to break but the most important seems to be one where the killer names himself.
There's a video in this link which shows how the code breakers deciphered one of his messages which you may find interesting? And of course if you really have the sort of talent needed for this sort of stuff you may want to identify the killer by deciphering his identity cypher.
