What happenned to LGC:LON & UTW:LON?

Because of major health problems in the family, I have really neglected my portfolio, but it is supposed to be "Hold Forever"!
Because of the sudden crash, it has prompted me to start to use up the cash which has been building up during this long Bull run, so I have been buying heavily over the past two weeks.
I have noticed that two shares: Utilitywise plc UTW:LON and London Capital group Holdings LGC:LON are both showing zero value when I scrape the prices with my spreadsheet so I presume both have gone bust. But I can find no details about either using friendly Mr. Google and nothing is showing about either when I search in my AJ Bell account but that will only go back three years.
So, does anybody have some actual information that they may have recorded in their documents?
As a supplementary question, can I set these total losses whenever they might have happened against my CGT gains this year, as I am gradually moving all my taxable holdings into ISA's via Bed-n-ISA?
Thanks for any help

Go to https://investegate.co.uk/ and stick the TDIMs in to find RNS announcements. Looks like UTW went under

https://investegate.co.uk/utilitywise-p ... 20019491P/

LGC seems to have been bought by THUS, who were bought by Cable and Wireless who were in turn bought by Vodafone. But no idea what return may have got.

Losses have to be claimed within time limits. If you claim before 5/4/20 you can capture losses going back to 2015-2016, and then carry the losses forward indefinitely.

Uh?

https://www.google.com/search?q=Utilitywise, the top two items are from the FT and BBC about Utilitywise going bust.

London Capital Group seems to still be going but is now an Ltd rather than a plc. https://www.lcg.com/uk/

There's some reports at:
https://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/news/AN_1520262518800051200/london-capital-group-sells-trading-arm-to-become-investment-vehicle.aspx

https://www.financemagnates.com/forex/brokers/lcg-shareholders-approve-proposed-delisting-aim-following-nex-%E2%80%8Elisting/

Or you can plough through the RNS announcements:
https://www.investegate.co.uk/Index.aspx?searchtype=3&words=LCG
https://www.investegate.co.uk/Index.aspx?searchtype=3&words=UTW

What it all means for you, with your broker, I'll leave you to figure out :D

Uh?

Thanks to you both, @genou & @Mc2fool, I have searched again and still cannot get those results perhaps it's because I am in France and Google is filtering the results.
So whatever, it seems I have lost my money this time, thank goodness for all the others like Rio which last year was bringing in 68% return on my original cost!
