Peer to Peer Loans for Commercial Property.

Interested if anybody has any experience with this. We are a small property company and are finding that the banks are looking at very low (well to us) LTV. eg 50%. Would like to achieve 60% plus LTV. It is for all property types but not residential. Solid covenants etc.

All thoughts welcome..

Funding secure lend up to 70%, at c13% for 6 month secured loans. Interest can then be paid to extend the loan.
