Blockchain investments

So crypto currency is extremely risky and a bubble waiting to burst, the underlying technology of blockchain is the new internet and a disruptor. Every time I look for a blockchain investment it seems to be crowdfunded or strongly linked to crypto currency. Are there any halfway sensible investments out there ?
