Taking Moving Pictures with a Bridge Camera

My daughter and me have been trying to take pictures of some of the fish in her aquarium. There's something we're not understanding as the pictures are usually blurring slightly in the area of the fishes fins.

It's a modern digital bridge camera about three years old with a x60 zoom.

Can anyone point us in the right direction please?

Thank you in advance

Possibly investigate the variables available within the camera when shooting video.

It may be possible to adjust the shutter speed as you can with stills.

If there is a relatively low light level, the camera might be slowing the shutter speed, and just like what would happen in a still image of a moving object taken with a slow shutter speed, I think this could lead to blurring.
